B.L.A.T.

I just had a homemade Bacon, Lettuce, Avocado, and Tomato sandwich yesterday. It was probably one of the best BLAT's that I've ever had. The sauce was a rosemary mayo and it was on top of a slightly toasted thick-cut sourdough (I'm salivating right now just thinking of it). Everything was fresh, and the thick-cut pepper bacon just made the sandwich. Check out the pics and try it out for yourself.

  2. Thanks, Sarah. There's a really good produce place nearby. It's cheap and fresh. Tomatoes are delicious.
