Potluck at Work

Hey everyone. Just last week I had a potluck at work. I must say that for the ones that were able to cook something from scratch, they did a good job. Take a look at some of the dishes that were there. I did my best to sample everything.

Mini Quiche (Bacon/Green Onion & Carmelized Onion)



Pesto Pasta



Mini Cupcakes (Lemon cake with chocolate frosting)


Baked Mac N Cheese with Broccoli



Stuffed Eggplant Rolls with Carrots & Cheese




Cinnamon Rolls


Caprese Salad Skewers (drizzled with balsamic vinegar)
